A fitting title for such a wonderful and beautiful person. The story behind this follows; Sam was sitting in the waiting room of the GP surgery when she was called to room 6 by her name - 'Lady Worthington' - over the tannoy system. All the other patients waiting looked at her as she made her way down the corridor to room 6. She was so embarrassed and told both Debbie and I off. It was worth it though as she laughed so loud!
